Processing and Shipping Time

1. In-stock models will be shipped within 48 hours from our USA or Hong Kong warehouse, depending on your location.
2. All miners are shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, etc.
3. A tracking number will be provided within 24 hours after the goods are shipped from our warehouse.
4. Shipments typically take 5-7 days to reach any destination worldwide via express shipping from Hong Kong Note that all shipments within the united states are between 24-48 hours.
5. You will receive regular updates about your order via email.

Packing and Shipping

1. Each miner includes the necessary PSU and is shipped in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
2. “FRAGILE” stickers are applied on all sides for added protection during transit.
3. To ensure factory-sealed integrity, we do not open the box to add a power cord unless provided by the manufacturer. If a power cord is not included, please source one locally.

Taxes and Custom Duties

1. We ship using DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS.
2. DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service covers customs, duties, and taxes for select countries.
3. Request DDP service in advance via sales@asicmachines.com.
4. For non-DDP countries, we can help reduce taxes by shipping with a lower invoice.
5. Notify us promptly if your customs authority requires documents to avoid delays.
6. Return shipping to Hong Kong is the client’s responsibility if necessary.
